To be honest, when I saw the first cover on Twitter, I thought it was a new work because FMC's design is a bit different in my opinion, and yeah, it would be better if it was a new work.

If I were the author I would make this into a new separate work and make it into 2 parts, where the second part implies the pregnancy genre.

For me this makes me feel tired and less interesting, if I was too picky it would be better if in the end the mc didn't know at all.
