There is the translation of part 1 on hitomi.la and it gives us a vague outline of what is happening in the begining of the story. The dad openly cheats on the mom, the mom is abusive towards them both but focus most of her abuse on the younger brother because he is not as academicaly distinguished as the sister. So the last 6 parts are pretty much the younger brother taking revenge on years of abuse by his mother, who lets not forget was also the one who initiated sexual relations to begin with, so i say she is just getting her just deserts and bro probably doesnt care much for her regardless what happens.
