Sudou appears to be attempting to overcome the sexual abuse he experienced in early childhood by engaging in a consensual act with his trusted friend, Nishisato. In this manner, he tries to move past his trauma by replacing his negative associations of pleasure and sensuality with positive ones. Where fear and pain once took hold of his thoughts, Sudou now shifts them to ideals of consent, equality, and care. "Overwriting the trauma", to put it simply... I hope there is a sequel where Sudou opens up to Nishisato, or where they at least make out happily. ;_;
