I went to the author's store page (Fanza). Apparently this is not a sequel to the first 2 parts of the series and can be enjoyed without reading those first 2. I guess the author is trying to create some sort of drama in this part? Since the first two only really have fucking and sex scenes as the main plot, but this one is still sex scene heavy lmao. Hopefully we get more drama in this series.
