in terms of a tier 8 tech tree CV AvP is a mediocre at best CV...her strenght lies in fast planes speed but her plane survivebility pale incomparasion to her peers...her rocket planes is armed with AP rocket that means you cant set fires in return can citadel enemy cruiser of the same tier and bellow but unnable to consistently versus highter tier ones...the torpedo planes are reliable,sporting great torpedo speed,short arming distance and aim time making the best type against every class the caveat is AvP torpedoes deal low ammount of damage and have low looding chance and to round up her planes her dive bomber carries AP bomber that deal hillarious ammount of damage and is best used against battleships and slow/stationary cruiser her AP bomber are slot machine either you land all of your 3 bombs or miss entirely because RNG said no.. and finally her hull is squishy you get 25mm deck,concealment is decent..overall she is sexy and recomended CV for medium armor boss in azur lane
