TBH as terrible as it seems, with no actual plot or build up it doesn't have much of an impact. This kind of ntr is really easy to deal with as opposed to the "light" or "weak" NTR where we see an established love/couple and then the degeneration going on in the background. (the worst is when you get like 1-2 chapters of vanilla and then BAM! mind-breaking NTR out of nowhere chapter 3)
