@SpaghettiBoi just go on sadpanda(specifically this as its not available on ehentai) or hitomi and put type:artistcg as a parameter and youll get the source material for the VN theres literally 1 ending. Rule34 video if ur not assed to use google lens for the CG and wanna see the voice acting and shit.

@Ambatucope I have a few questions if you don't mind: 1. Do the nurses(the first 5) actually start to like, or at least not hate, Yamada later on? 2. I know it's not a romance, but does Yamada end up with anybody or at least befriend someone at the end? 3. If the story ends in a fight, then how does Yamada fight with broken arms? 4. How many more chapters are there to the story, and when do you think the next one is coming out?(approximately.) 5. And finally, do you know any visual novels, CG, Doujishin, or even 18+/ecchi manga with character development or similar just to Sakusei Byoutou?

@tangoro Yeah because the original CG is fucking goofy looking but the actual story with good art can make things more terrifying given the entire tendo sister backstory and the drug plot. The anime butchered the story so they didn't show how cruel Mia can be. Also the VN is limited by the point of view and can only show motion and shit so well. Like I hope this version actually shows Mia and Mako's father actually beating them. I have a soft spot for the original CG set manga thingy because it's funny and the art style has its own charm.

This is where the seriousness of the story will begin Trust me folks this story is more than a guy being cared for Nurses with awful personalities, this story gets deep & there will be character development.

Reposting since I can't edit comments. @kazumaさどう 1. In the original CG set, and the VN adaptation, the end of the story once Mako and the villains go to jail. This adaptation likely will follow suit. 2. Because it operates like a black company since Mako(the head nurse/ uses violence, fear, and intimidation to make people fall in line. This is how she can use Amamiya to cook up drugs to sell to criminal organizations without anyone trying to stop her. These underworld connections are one of many reasons that Mako is feared.

first of all, when will the poor little guy heal his hands? it's been years (for me), and second of all, why is this hospital filled with crazy and freaky nurses?

Oh also if you were wondering the other reason I said SB has a shonen type narrative it's because Kiritani and Numajiri are only going along with Mako (and by extension Mia) because they had to stop bullying the Tendo sisters since Mako threatened to kill them. Their relationship is more of a business partnership than a friendship, in contrast to Yamada, who by the end of the story, has won over the first 5 nurses and Aizawa due to his bravery compared to how he was at the beginning of the story. Before anyone doubts me, go search "sakusei byoutou" with the parameter "type:artistcg" on hitomi and read the damn CG yourself.

The Yamada punch is hella worth it like this isn't just masochist shota femdom. In a way, Yamada is sorta like a shonen protagonist. He grows over time, improving and his bravery is highlighted with that punch and later (in the original CG) going along with Aizawa to change the hospital for the better. Just like a shonen yamada somehow can recover from being beaten up with the power of friendship after remembering his promise with kurokawa in the final battle with Mako. Yes the series ends with a fight before the villains all get arrested.

but this adaptation is ongoing unlike the VN(covering the whole story) and the axed all ages version. Anyways the inevitable 9.5 chapter will probably have Aizawa reveal that Mako (the head nurse) is running a drug trafficking ring and plant a camera on Yamada. It likely will end in Mia trying to strangle Yamada after he punched her. Since Mia got moved after Amamiya unlike the CG, Aizawa has to make the reveal before the end of Mia's arc(the attempt to kill Yamada)

@HLnoobHentai Sakusei Byoutou ended years ago. The adult manga, the VN, all ages, the LN(there is a light novel), the JAV, and the anime are all adaptations of a CG set which u can find on hitomi in CN, KR, and the original Japanese. Just type sakusei byoutou and type:artistcg. The original art style is rather unique and there's 3101 pages of that in total which is why no english scanlator has worked on the original CG.
