Hey you don’t need to literally translate 本 like you did in the title. It should be interpreted as “A book [where] Marnie-chan’s on a crowded train” this makes sense to them it works similarly with how some titles may end with 話 / 件 that entire clause is describing the type of book (the doujin). Next time just omit the book part and try to make it make sense in English cause right now it’s complete nonsense
