FOR ANYONE CONFUSED: this scene is from an anime called barefoot Gen, about the bomb being dropped on Hiroshima. Basically the mother that standing with her baby is starving and not producing breast milk so she's trying to find another woman to feed her child. She basically goes up to this woman but it seems this woman is already dead and her baby is trying to nurse from her dead body. Honestly it's a really good anime.... Very sad
