Don't overthink it. - It is more than obvious that this is the typical work that only uses the Netorare label to attract attention and sell more since it has nothing to offer in terms of story. - This is a widow who feels guilty because she feels she is betraying her dead husband and her son by having a relationship with a despicable man.... She's basically rebuilding her life, not with the best person. If the artist knew how to draw men's faces maybe he could have made it more dramatic and attractive without resorting to using the netorare tag, but I guess he got lazy and went the easy way to sell.
