Many have pointed out that there is no actual NTR in this story, you can remove glasses-kun and nothing changes and I agree. There is no NTR and the term the NTR tag seems to replace would be something closer to betrayal, not betrayal of glasses-kun but betrayal of her wolf and her wild nature. They should really add a betrayal tag or something of that kind because often enough you see NTR tags on doujin where the narrator's mother falls(and often enough where there isn't a father figure in the story).
