When the two women gained their sanity they immediately looked for Kyouya to ask for his forgiveness for what they did to him, Kyouya took them in and fucked both of them until they got pregnant.

Kouya also didn't fully knew about the drug until he was captured, which is an insane plot device, as whoever consumes it just turns into an monkeyslut or whatever. Yet for some reason, Kouya was not affected by it and is still resisting even after he was raped by Honoka in the prison. Oh, by the way, he's been imprisoned for like half a year in the third part. As for his underclassman, she forced himself to go with her despite him saying no. She was just forcefully shoehorned into all of this to make the mc look more pathetic. None of her decisions made absolutely no sense. Even a lot of the author's fans in the community didn't really like how Kouya was treated here. As everything was just spiteful even for an ntr work.

Prior to this second part, their culture was only applicable to the residents of the village, so he really didn't knew how much things changed here. He wasn't even planning on staying in the village. Hina essentially broke into his apartment and used his reason to visit his father, who was still supporting in college even after he's been gone for three years. By the looks of it, his father and his deceased mother are pretty decent people compared to the rest. Granted, he should have been more guarded, but you have to remember he kind of blames himself for what happened to Hina and up to this point still cared for her. Unfortunately, he didn't knew she's too far gone and basically manipulated him with her tears and act. Worse even, the mayor and his son basically put her up to it to basically capture Kouya, because they suspected he might recorded what happened in the first part of the series.

Either the MC will just fall into depression, and if you ask me what kind of ending I want, it would be a mix of Hina and Kou being together at the end (like I said earlier) and because Kou would have managed to expose all these horrors to the entire Japan with the help of the former Maiden. Japan won’t be able to turn a blind eye like the local police did. That would be an interesting sequel and would give Kou justice, even if it’s just once in 3 chapters

As for Hina, she keeps the ticket Kou gave her, so beyond the Maiden role (village prostitute… words have meaning), I think she sees Kou as hers and ruining the girl he comes back to the village with is the best way to keep him under control. I remember that this prostitute… sorry, Maiden role ends when she has 5 children, but I don’t remember if the idea of infertility is mentioned. So maybe her plan is to finish her Maiden mission and trap Kou with her after enjoying her Maiden life, and after having “the love of a man who loves her for her and not just her body”. If there’s a “happy ending,” I see it like that.

Apparently this is the corrected version, in this part there are new pages and other pages that were removed, for example, here Hina does not have any children nor is she pregnant, apparently and everything indicates that she cannot get pregnant (it does not make sense). This second part is simply bad, why does Hina go back to look for Kou? It does not make any sense, the change of Honoka (the MC's friend) is absurd and feels empty, it has no relevance. A third part is confirmed possibly for 2026 and in some forums they say that it will have a happy ending, I do not know what that means, I do not see a happy ending to this.
