To anyone curious, NO THERE IS NO SEQUEL. I have asked around the forums for it, and they said there is no sequel to this. I even have to stoop low and make an account for ATF to ask around. So if you ever see someone saying "Oh, there is a sequel and it was horrible yada yada" know that they are bullshitting out of their fucking ass.

In the the sequel the father goes to town for supplies, the mother then confronts the daughter about the fact that she is pregnant, with the fact that the only one that could have done that is her brother, if I recall correctly she then kills the daughter viewing her as a demon, the son kills the mother then fucks his dead sister whom was beheaded, then kills himself, after all that the father then returns to the home to find a scene of carnage and his family dead, not knowing any of the proceeding events.
