As an aspiring artist, yes. We do treat this as fiction and this is just one of the methods to improve one's art. Drawing guro or just organs increases the accuracy and understanding of a human body which is why it looks almost close to reality that it's disgusting. If you got disgusted then the arti's intentions worked. It should be obvious since the whole work was only done as a draft/sketch and not a fully functional art unlike artists who dedicated themselves to making pure detailed guro. Well, if you got turned on from this. It's not the artist who is deranged but the viewer.
