I like how on page 173,Rurikawa looks shocked/jealous that the master kissed Karen but not her. So on page 183, she kisses him instead (and he looks fairly shocked that she took initiative?) Shit, can't believe I'm analyzing hentai lore but there's some story telling being done here. The lord destroyed her family's reputation in order to own her. It's hard to tell if this was done out of some genuine but twisted/obsessive love (since he did show her off as his partner in the garden party, and asked her to marry him) or if he just wants her for her status as a former noble turns him on. A literal bang maid. He's not just a regular pervert either, and only uses Karen as a way to control Tsubaki, and doesn't really care much for her outside of her being a tool to get Tsubaki to do what he wants (considering he calls her a disappointment in the last chapter). What's his endgame? Did he want Tsubaki to be his wife from the beginning? Or is she just an onahole? Damn, needs an epilogue.
