For the comments below me, how are ya'll on this site but don't know what a knot is?? In dogs, wolfs, and other cannid species, the base of their dicks will swell up right before ejaculation in order to lock themselves with their mate and have all sperm remain inside. It takes an average of 30min for it to go down. Even before the actual swelling up of the knot tho, the base of their dicks remains pretty bulbous whenever aroused. Since Wriothesley is a wolf here, he gets a knot on his dick too. That's a pretty normal trope afaik
