Okay, we're in the POV of Ryuta's childhood friend. Tsubasa. During their childhood, Ryuta gets infected with some weird worm thing that literally turns him biologically female. Years later, as adults, Tsubasa runs into Ryuta again and has flashbacks to their childhood and when they last saw each other as some dude starts molesting Ryuta. The last conversation Ryuta (purple speech bubbles) and Tsubasa (green speech bubbles) had was about how "he'll" disappear now that he's fully female (the untranslated speech bubble is Ryuta explaining that they call him "Sakura" at the boarding house he got sent to), but wants to confess his love to Tsubasa, who (twist) was a girl. Tsubasa saves Ryuta by using a taser on the molester and apologizes for running off after their last conversation. They story ends with them reunited, and Tsubasa revealing that she'd always loved Ryuta.
