Usually, the outcome of defeated royals and nobles could be these three. Executed. Imprisonment. Exile. Whatever it is, it's pretty rare they are to be humiliated. Even when exiled or imprisoned, most of them life a quite comfortable life, though obviously they hold no power anymore. Or in some cases, they could be "to submit" or become vassal, to show the power or control of the victor.

Yes, marriage is often used by royalty and nobles as political tools back then (perhaps even now). Including marrying to form alliance or to submit or become a vassal... Conquerors did often marry royalty or women from the lconquered areas but they weren't trameated particularly poorly. It is used more as a political took to give their rulership legitimacy. Human slavery including sexual abuse did happen, most prominently with early colonial period. Most slaves were not sexual in nature and most certainly did not get used as public displays. Public display of sexual acts are fairly rare in history, let alone as a method of humiliating the locals.
