So using words that signify only one thing she is bigger in (busty only refers to the bust, tall refers to the height), misses the point of the word. I tried searching for synonyms for the word big, which would still help the reader realize that the reference is to the overall size but won't mistake her to be his older sister, but all of them could imply fat or unnaturally big size (gigantic, huge, large, etc...) That's why as potentially misleading as it is, I would still say the translator did use the best word for the situation.
