It's basically the doujinshi equivalent to what has happened with some manga, jrpg and anime localizations. Search some with the keyword "rewrite" and compare to their original fan TL's to get the gist of it. This one gets a bit more hate in the comments because the uploader didn't think to properly tag their shit. Maybe. I wouldn't know, I have that tag blacklisted for a reason.
