This one is not as good as previous one sadly. I went through MTLd chapter 1 too and I can say that besides 4-5 pages there you are not missing things. Anyways, story is like this, humans found way to combat some alien enemies by using faith power so they made vtuber systems where mainly women gets adoration as magical girl and get powerful. Now king of these aliens found male protagonist's girlfriend who is a magical girl as a good way to experiment. So he brainwashed her a bit but in first chapter Main character saved her. Still, she was brainwashed a little. Whole process will not be showed but in chapter 2 there will be a sex scene with girlfriend and some chad senior of his, and that senior is of course the Alien King who has been corrupting the heroine slowly for 6 months. In previous work, there was gradual corruption but it was slow, here it's too direct as we were not shown how things happened actually. same in chapter 3, they are shown as flashback only.
