For me the ending doesn’t really have a feel good moment. And the lead up felt more like guilt tripping from an ungrateful son. Respect your father, for he helped conceived you, granting you the chance to fuck your mother, lol. While the mother felt desperate because of lack of intimacy from losing the father, so she ended up latching to her son. Not that wholesome, felt more lust driven, lacking that genuine mutual love. I would’ve liked the trope route where the friend and the mother builds a “friendly” rivalry vying for the boy’s love, which leads to a 3P for a squeal rather than making the girl a bitter antagonist of the story, and portraying the mother a yandere. Otherwise it goes to worsen the stigma of female elves being evil even further, making their already taboo relation even more of a problem. Which is something the Boy surely wouldn’t want for his mother. I personally give it a 6/10. Pretty good but I wouldn’t actively ask nor want a sequel.
