I used some web translator to know what happens in the unreleased chapters. In short: the isle they are now is a lawless "theme park" run by a shady organization to satisfy wealthy amoral customers. They kidnap girls, brainwash them and turn them into real life characters of hentai tropes, to be openly abused by the customers. The girl who looks like Kronii is not even sister to the other two, she was abducted after going to a "job interview" for a theme park. Also, it doesn't end well for her: after having her raped un-hypnotized, the host woman uses a super hypnotizing device that, essentially, fries her brain, erasing her real personality and memories permanently.
