@Hlover92 No, as far as I understood she recognized the older Yuuichi who traveled back in time later on and impregnated her in high school (see previous chapters). She raised Nayuki alone, and to the people around her she told that she can't contact the father, that he's not around or somethink alike. She never got married, even though apparently there were proposals. Now, at first she just wanted to do a little bit, but then went all the way with young Yuuichi. Even though he's of course smaller in size she feels the same "connection" as with the person who impregnated her (-> time-traveled Yuuichi). At the end she makes young Yuuichi drink something, which apparently causes him to forget all about that night - and even today he still can't remember.
