Yep, none of it is being funneled into long term relationships or children. I'm pretty sure that they're not having that much sex, the virginity rate is going up in the new generation over there, the older generations marriages are sexless which makes the younger generations not want to get married, everyone is choosing the fictional stuff over the real thing, makes sense why the porn industry's so big and extreme. I'm calling it now japan and the other asias that have this problem will ceased to exist when sex robots become a thing, the salary man in woman will prefer to come home to a zero hassle obedient appliance partner that doesn't argue, cooks cleans and has sex with them no matter what. You can see this from the new generation's current outlook on relationships too difficult and tedious, it provides a easy way to get a partner without any of the things they dislike about it, even doing things that traditional partners can't do.

There was this JP dude that talked about how he started having sex as early as junior high in his 2nd year (this is in Japan fyi). got me thinking about how really screwed up work culture is that birth rate is so low despite lots of sex. Of course, no stats here nor correlation to support but still crazy regardless. Also then reminds me of an interview of JP citizens where they stated that they could barely afford to get by themselves—they have to work 3or4 jobs—so even if they wanted a family, they couldn’t afford one
