I knew a guy, now girl, who was intersex at birth and the Dr thought they. were doing her a favour by making them appear more like a man (by stitching up their vagina), and making them just a man on the birth certificate, not noting that they were intersex. found out a decade later when some medication she took nearly killed her.

For those apparently very confused, she isn't trans, and while technically appears genderfluid, she also kinda isn't. Intersex conditions appear in between 0.1 and 0.5% of the human population, and range in a wide variety of conditions, from a feminine body type with male genitals, to a male body type and female genitals, to anywhere in-between. A lot of intersex people in various countries don't even know they are, due to doctors sometimes playing god and immediately on birth surgically modifying their genitals to give them a binary appearance.

She is also Gender fluid which means she is both an intersex and Gender fluid at the same time. Some intersex people can feel they want to be a female or male but it depends on their choice.
