I think he did good moving away from his sisters. If anything, him going to the university and then following that, being successful, finding a girlfriend, and having those two sisters cut out of his life is probably the sweetest form of revenge he can do. Maybe get fit in the gym too. And having a bright smile while he lives on in his new great life without them. I don't know if this story would have the sisters seeking him out to ask forgiveness but if they did, he could potentially forgive them and in doing so, means he's grown from the pain and now is beyond any of the hurt that held him back. Doesn't mean he wants them in his life again. But, if they were wanting forgiveness and wanting to be back in his life, they'd have to accept it'd be a an uphill battle to win his love and trust back. But that's just speculation. If we even wanted that kind of outcome for a story like this, we'd have to craft it ourselves or pay big money for this artist to make that ending possible.

I doubt he'll get his revenge on his sisters, would be funny. But the guy at the end fucking the nurse is Mitsuru, so he may get a revenge arc. Who knows
