If you come across someone unconscious (drugged, drunk, etc) put them in recovery position. Lie them on their side with the arm underneath outstretched, with the arm above laying in front of them, usually above the supporting arm. Have their upper legs knee stick in front of their lower leg. This is turn their body slightly downwards, to make sure air can reach their lungs and fluid regurgitated can easily escape. Lastly, and most importantly, tilt their head upwards, and keep their mouth open and downwards. This is so the throat is as open as possible and fluid can easily run out of their mouth.
