my theory is .... naoya left or got a girlfriend ..she find out and did something (kill him for cheating or leaving them created a doll after him due to her obsession) that would explained the missing flier .. now this kid naoto unlucky for him he happens to look like him or exactly like him. she probably started the turtoring just to stay close to him to a point of suspicious behavior caught by naoto; who decided to follow her home and discover the doll. and the rest we know for the story .. well is only my theory, hope the artist continue the story at some point

@Tristan182 the original one probably did get missing...and she was in grief because of that and decided not to be in a relationship...until he saw her friend's child which i would assume the missing person's sister or maybe just a blood relative as the child(the mc) looks alot like the missing child....cus it said 1993 while i assume the plot takes place in the 2000s at the least and at most 2010s...dunno tho maybe you're right...

So we do have proof that Naoya exists but why did she save her virginity for Naoto if she disposed of Naoya already? I would've guessed she did something to Naoya too back then but she's still a virgin? So many unanswered questions I need a backstory to this one

He had official records so he did exist. My guess is that she killed him when he was 10. Why is anyone's guess was he put off by her advances? did he get a girlfriend? I think the latter is likely "I won't let go of you this time"
