@Cidano I'm just joshing around lol. My serious answer would be two things. 1, they were specially added by them, they are robots after all. They can add attachments to their body. 2, it's just how they adult males or males that aren't sensei in general look. After all, the majority of the fans desire an harem storyline, having other human males could potentially ruin that experience. Therefore making the other males none human to the players/readers but they are humans to the people in this story.
