There are 2 different artist named Toku guys. This one appears to be Chinese and the other Toku is Japanese. That is how I ended up here. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and look for the supposed "wholesome shit", mentioned below (presumably mistaken as the japanese guys work). Found the dudes Pixiv. And nope, same kind of stuff as this.
