by the time a core like structure begins to fuse matter it would expel most of the matter surrounding it, this in my estimation would happen mostly in muscular areas meaning many human composition stars, those stars could create black holes but youd have to wait a while and hope that the collisions dont produce neutron star like supernovas or dont just blow the star to nothing in the first place

@NTR_kinda_mid shawarzchild radius does not crate black holes, local attraction would be quite small, you would need time for the right core to form which you wouldnt have from all the chaotic matter movement and inconsistant 3d symmetry, i get that just looking at the mass and how much do blackholes influence is easy and fast but we have to remember they dont just spontaneusly appear, if youd take the approximate mass of the whole universe youd get that the swartzchild radius would be beyond 95 BLy which would mean we are in one which brings forth other issues as black holes encode information on the surface in a 2d space

For 6.64*10^37 kg, the schwarzchild radius will be 98,619,408 km, and she will not be a black hole. But for 5*10^43 kg, the schwarzchild radius would be 74,261,602,691,187 km, definitely turning her into a black hole.

you dont spontaneusly become a black hole from exceeding the mass for the needed volume, otherwise the whole universe would be a black hole, its all about density, just as large gas clouds dont become massive blackholes despite having the mass of thousands of stars not would she, she would form stars, with high metalicity that would undergo supernova explosions all over and fast but no immediate black hole, the surface gravity is less than that of an asteroid because the mass is spread so thin, also you mass calculation is off somewhere

@NTR_inda_mid why would she collapse into a black hole? you need density for that, my guesstimate is that she would clump into a super heated plazma ball increasing in density slightly, molecules breaking down she would have with a mass of 6.64e+37kg (accounting for linear scale of an average human girl) composing of 61% oxygen 23% carbon 10% oxygen and various other materials she would become a quickly imploding mass thats 1 million times bigger than the sun, fusion most likely would start but it would undergo a core collapse exploding the outer layers and most likely leaving a neutron star as black hoes require the core to be already hyper dense, she wouldnt go above the density of likely 100x the density of water before this all happens because the distances and how fast matter can go into the core is limited, the outer parts wouldnt go in as fast as the closer bits to the center.
