It'll end with her continuing to fuck a ton of other guys while "totally promising she definitely loves her boyfriend the most", and he'll just be blissfully unaware of the fact his girlfriend's a lying whore. The author's presenting her being a cheating slut as a good thing, that *her* immediate gratification of taking dick is what's actually important, and the boyfriend will be narratively hamstrung into never finding out so that she can pretend she's being a good girlfriend and get emotional fulfillment while never actually being shown having sex with him and fucking multiple other guys behind his back. And I predict that if she DOES ever have sex with her boyfriend, it'll be after she finds out she's gotten knocked up, and she has to scramble to "lose her virginity" to him for the sake of plausible deniability.
