It looks like the original author may have redrawn the original Oji-san de umeru Ana (366880) in the style of the sequel (612902) immediately prior to the sequel's release, but this here (637110) is some kind of edit of that official redraw that splices in about five pages from part 2 towards the end and modifies the final page to insert the child.
