It does make sense, Queen Bee animation is basically using preexisting stills and putting the bare minimum amount of animation into it, so it's not surprising that they'll target the best stills they can get their hands on in order to make a quick buck.

I don't know if this makes sense but the cover colored art is giving Studio Queen Bee animation style.
