Let's talk about the game state real quick, our protagonist(?) has at some point gained 600(most likely 1200)LP and through some effect the Vanguard has given both DM and DMG the ability to attack directly in order to ignore the set Shadow Tamer. In order for stealing DMG to be the optimal move, there has to have been an additional 2 Dark Magicians in the Graveyard to give DMG enough ATK points to get over DM. However if we assume that our Protagonist (?) activated Book of Taiyou to flip up his Normal Set for the turn and the hentai just skipped those actions, then this game state is actually fairly possible, provided the Protagonist had activated the LP Gain effect of Poison of The Old Man.

Not exactly the winning move, but a man's gotta live his dreams.

Why not target Dark Magician 🤡🤡🤡
