Good story with a deep ending, it basically alluded to the fact they were never meant to be, which is why he struggled so hard with how he viewed her, she focused on the future not dwelling on the past while he was the opposite, I also liked that they didn’t magically end up together because they were simply different people and can’t go back to those times, which is reinforced with that cosplay sex which for saku was like a blast in the past.

Great story, and great ending, the best way it could've ended honestly, most stories I see of people like this trying to reconnect and "make up for lost time" always leads to turmoil cause they grew to far from the people they were, both will want a chance with the guy/girl they let slip away but that person doesn't exist anymore, you've both grown into different people apart from eachother
