Further details: Miku initially shows a family picture where the childhood friend (MC's presumed wife) is suspiciously absent, and MC's 3 daughters are present, as well as his 2nd daughter (Futaba)'s husband and child. Miku presents herself as Futaba's granddaughter. Later it turns out that Futaba isn't actually Ichigo's sister but Ichigo's daughter (fathered my MC), and that the so-called 3rd daughter is actually just Miku herself (she can't age due to nanomachines). The baby Miku is holding is actually her own mother, and she realizes that she'll have to make her give birth to a clone of herself in the future. Miku herself realizes that she probably taught Futaba about time travel so that she could build the time machine in the future, and that her own parents were probably aware that she'd travel to the past to become her great-(great)-grandfather's wife.

Quick rundown: [2020] MC got childhood friend pregnant after a ONS. He decides to stop being a lolicon. Main loli (Miku) comes from the future and tells him that if he stops being a lolicon the world will end and convinces him to help her fix the time distortions around him. [1976 & 1990] While Miku is busy, MC rapes 2 lolis who turn out to be his grandmother Youko and his mother Yuuko. Now MC isn't supposed to exist (Youko had a daughter), so Miku and MC impregnate Yuuko with a clone of MC to fix the timeline. [2032] The past is now ok but it now MC also needs to impregnate his own daughter Ichigo. He does and fixes the distortion around himself, but now there's a distortion around Miku and they get thrown further into the future. [2045] MC tries out having sex with Miku and it works, they get back to the present. [2020] Miku can't go back to the future anymore. The pregnancy scare turns out to be a mistake and Miku is the one actually pregnant with Ichigo.
