This specifically is something she'd do, as she can be quite selfish, but if her liver explicitly won't accept such then she won't. Next the argument can be made yukari is the type of character to understand that there is no point in keeping the man alive as life requires death. But that in itself isn't something we have evidence for or against as opposed to the previous example which is what happened to kosuzu. The alternate more likely reasoning is that yukari not once showed the man she was a youkai or used her youkai abilities. Meaning she most likely wanted to enjoy this relationship as a human. To the end. Which to me does fit her as a character given she is a very old youkai.
