Great art but terrible translation. I'm not sure if the translation ruined the plot for me or if I just find this type of plot boring since I've seen it so many times before. I like "the girl was actually a yandere" but I think this would have had a better twist ending if it turned out the wife had cheated on her husband a long time ago. Gave birth to the daughter and then before the start of the story the daughter found out she wasn't her father's biological daughter. So she makes her mother divorce him, but seeing how upset he becomes decides to take over her mother's role. Thus leading into the title: My (ex) wife gave birth to my (new) wife
