there’s so much subaru mpreg because even with the anime not including most of subaru’s gender moments, his mannerisms are still fairly effeminate and his role still that of the heroine. thus if you haven’t read/aren’t familiar with the ln content this is a straightforward conclusion to arrive at. also, subaru is a bottom. i thought this would be obvious, but it’s worth saying.
