Truthfully, you don't even need to understand Japanese to know what just happened. Did the nasty with an android version of his mom (?) and shit went downhill from there. The android (bright long hair) was supposed to be a stand-in while his actual mom was recovering. Also seemed like the conscience of the mom and android were connected. That's why in some parts the two are speaking to each other. The mom saw the experiences of the android and got angry, but things just got worse and worse and the android had a child with the kid and the mom was distraught. The android went to that white space to talk to the mom and she asked "What did you come here for!?" because it'd be better if the two stopped speaking with each other. There's other stuff like that amputee bit and the android either dying or running away to another country (that's probably why the kid gets on the plane at the end) but man this shit is kinda fucked up even though it was also hot. All of this is probably wrong though
