So I had to go and re-read ch.1 on Hitomi to get the context here. But from what I can gather: Ch.2 ends with the younger sister, introduced in ch.1, walking in on her older sister getting piped down. Ch.3 picks up where that left off. I guess the little sister is staying at their house? Because when she leaves the bedroom the wife is already on her knees getting ready to fuck the guy again. Sister seems to immediately fall into temptation as well. Don't know why but she does. Husband leaves for work or something, wife starts schlicking thinking of the guy. Idk the context, but whatever the conversation the husband is having with his co-worker seems to imply he's suspicious. He thinks of a flashback to the younger sister and is shocked. Don't know why. But when he comes back home he's immediately suspicious of his wife.
