The ending got me curious if it's NTR or the Girl is in fact, a serial killer. For me? It's the second answer. Also thanks to @sorrylad for providing such a deep analysis to the hentai.

Returning to the title page, the faint xanthic is the sun, the ideal hovering above it all; the orange is the flowers, studiously following the heavens; and the ruddy dark is the bloody, inevitable end. . . .Thanks for reading. Why does the woman love the man? Precisely because of the qualities he thinks are undesirable in him. He's meek and submissive, and she hopes these traits will mean he comports with the uncompromising fixation she has on her partners. She keeps him as she does her sheep. However, his anxiety leads him to flee beyond her absolute boundaries, so she brings him to slaughter. Ironically, it's the same fearful curiousity exhibited by the woman that she can't abide in the man.

At the end of the manga, the sunflowers are dead. The pair have gone on a walk to view these at a summer festival, but they're too late; the bloom is over; the season is done. With the protagonist issuing a request for cuckoldry, the relationship is also at an end. The woman's neuroses cannot tolerate bringing someone else close to them, potentially between them. Here is where that primary definition of "violent" comes into play. The tearing of the Band-Aid is a revelation of the woman's true nature and the destruction of the man. The woman is, in fact, a serial killer who slew her previous beaus when they tried to break from her suffocating attachment. That is likely where she got her injury from, if not from some other fatal act, like a struggle while killing an uncooperative farm animal of hers. Regardless, the mark concealed by the plaster is of her deadliness. She murders him.

Such a sentiment is exactly the attitude of the female deuteragonist, and she obviously expects the same from her lover, and to an extreme degree: always going through his phone, and isolating him from all his friends. Her jealous insecurity is so sensitive, it's triggered by seeing social grooming among primates at the zoo, and even the unexpected presence of a cat--a sudden approach by any living thing could constitute a harmful encroachment in her mind.

Examining the title page, there are brush marks to which a color gradient has been applied. The uppermost is a pale yellow. Descending, they fade to orange, and finally reach a reddish black at the bottom. Interpreting these strokes demands recognizing a central symbol of this work, the sunflower. The flower appears on the first inner page, page 4, and also at the beginning of the final scene, on page 28. In the Japanese language of flowers, the sunflower symbolizes enduring loyalty. This is because of how, over the course of a day, the head of the plant will continuously turn to face the sun. As a gift, it says, "I look only at you".

@GenTheFrog18 Hell yeah. This shit intrigues me, too. So, beginning with the title, 「暴力的ピンクに愛されすぎている」, the translation given is pretty solid. I'd like to note the double-meaning of the phrase "violent pink" which is shared between Japanese and English. "Violent" not only refers to a literal tendency to inflict physical harm, but also a shocking intensity. The protagonist invokes that latter understanding of the concept on page 16 in relation to the woman's dyed hair. Note that on the same page, she wields a glinting clipper that she's using to shave an animal.

Seems rather simple. Basically girl loves boy no matter what. And the girl's happy the boy loves her no matter how freaky she gets with playing along with his fetishes.
