Part 4 hasn't been written yet, right? I couldn't find it anywhere else, so I'm assuming it's still being put to paper by Babi. I have to imagine it's not going to actually end happily for him. He *might* get away from the village, but I just don't know if I trust any NTR author to come up with a realistic conclusion like the village being purged/authorities getting involved, or even the MC escaping and just abandoning the two and restarting his life far away. Maybe best case is he stops the villagers, rescues the two, but forgives/takes them back as mindbroken sex partners, or something. Not as good, but at least a satisfying ending to a wild premise but well-crafted NTR narrative. I'm not holding my breath this doesn't simply end with MC fully mindfucked and tortured forever by Hina, though.
