I feel like nowadays it's impossible to ignore MTL translations with how easy it's gotten for people to do it. There must be works that interest you that get MTL translations, and even if the translation is bad, when itls readable it's just hard to ignore. I just wish they stopped passing them through an automated pipeline without checking the final result. Untranslated pages are just not acceptable.
