Got some further context and apparently this is a draft Takeda Hiromitsu made awhile back, probably from his earlier days when he was more 50/50 between vanilla and NTR. He thought about shelving it because he doesn't want to do non NTR anymore, but then contacted Syunichi to take over to finish
