As for Taiki. The reasoning for this is so contrived, considering Taiki won everything in the end, all by himself with support from his girl, and then they even actually smashed in canon. Now that's a real gigachad. And Iozaki? Dude was barely relevant in the manga. And the panels that he did get, he pretty much said that he is badminton-sexual and doesn't really care for relationships and all that bs that take away from badminton at all. But suddenly he's doing THIS? Sure. Infact, the last time they spoke before Taiki's final game, Chinatsu was so pissed at him for criticizing Taiki being in a relationship, she might as well have told him to fuck off if this wasn't a WSJ manga. It's a good thing there are authors that make actual good Blue Box doujin, as there is already one I'm looking forward to at this Comiket. And I will be here to translate that when it gets uploaded. God this series is absolutely awful. I don't do this often, but I have to say it this time because this author really pissed me off. I've been waiting to vent for a LONG time. Everyone is completely out of character. My GOAT Chinatsu doing this complete bs. She would never do this. She isn't a fucking doormat to let Iozaki walk all over her like that. Completely stripping her of her entire personality. Her preferring this over Basketball is absolute character assassination at its finest. And even if she did, she would just ask Taiki. He would be more than willing. Not to mention, this is a girl that didn't even feel the slightest bit of attraction for any man, until Taiki.
