Weird the story

Didn’t really like the story at the start, but everything made sense by the end. It’s a complicated feeling—what started out as NTR ended up becoming really wholesome. If the author doesn’t ruin the story from here, it’s definitely one of the best hentai I’ve read.

SPOILERS FOR STORY CONTINUED: Continuing on the point about Maiko’s character and her relationship with Nene and MC, I really appreciate how she is fleshed out as a character as the story progresses. For me as a reader, there were many points along the story where I felt revolted, disgusted, or just wished the MC moved on and left her behind. But reaching the end, I’m glad he stayed because we also start to understand Maiko more as a person. She was a caged girl who felt she did not deserve to live, who felt her bloodline was cursed to be tainted with filth. And so she restrained herself to not be involved, to be the third wheel in her relationship so she can at least have a pure and warm relationship with Nene and MC’s child. But after she hurts the MC and Nene, she understands the weight of her actions for the first time, and realizing Nene and MC care about her despite her truly and ugly sides, the relationship between the three stops being one sided for the first time in the story.

SPOILERS FOR ENDING: This might be the most complicated polygamous relationship I’ve ever seen. Nene and the MC fully start blossoming as couples or husband and wife after the confrontation with MC’s parents (although they are a bit tsundere about their feelings.) But what really surprised me in the ending was realizing Maiko wasn’t actually that bad of a person? Even though she did kill Nene’s elderly mother, she was bound to be dead within a year due to her late stage cancer so I don’t feel as morally conflicted about it and from Maiko’s point of view, you can understand why she did it. She needed a test to see if she really was different, inhumane and incapable of feeling guilt and remorse but the mother was also causing Nene much grief and pain. So we start to understand why she can’t have the child herself due to her belief in her “tainted” blood. But in the last few pages, she moves on from blaming herself and starts to accept the MC’s feelings hinting a potential third romance.

I saw page 72 and immediately had enough. Nuke this whole fucking thing, turn it into a field of glass and irradiated cobalt.

Holy. The story is pretty fucked up and peak. While also weirdly humane. I hope all three become a real happy family that ditched their dark past. At first I can't understand any of them be it that I had the privilege of having a normal life. But the more I read, the more I've come to vaguely understand them bit by bit and why they are the person that they are. It gives us questions and answer them later on.
