This is from a commercial magazine, they have little control over how the magazine and its content gets distributed. As for the doujins, they get taken down because of the contract they have with a certain licensing company (even though mentioned company no longer actually sells their work due to 'questionable content' smh). These guys are notorious for delays and not making deadlines, that's all that's going on here

I heard the author intentionally left it unfinished just to see if it would end up on pirate sites. If you've followed this author's work for a while, you've probably noticed that their doujins get taken down from these sites pretty often, even if they eventually get reuploaded. That should tell you how much they hate piracy. So, unless you genuinely can't afford it, please consider supporting the author instead of reading it here. I've bought three of their older books myself. Otherwise, we might end up waiting another year or more for Part 2, just like last time.

Most manga chapter is around 20-30 pages. It's literally unfinished.
